Heath Avery Architects have always
provided their clients and design teams with comprehensive
Heath & Safety advice and consultation. Prior
to the thorough review of the CDM Regulations
in 2007, we offered a stand-alone Health &
Safety Planning Supervisor service.
Since the amalgamation of the CDM 1994 Regulations
and the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare)
Regulations 1996 there is now an even greater
requirement for clients, designers, consultants
and stakeholders to be involved in the planning,
design, construction and use of a building. For
any notifiable project, it is a requirement to
appoint a CDM Co-ordinator.
Heath Avery Architects offers a bespoke CDM Co-ordinator
service on all projects and can tailor to client’s
needs dependant on the size, cost and complexity
of the project. The full services offered are:
- Ascertain whether or not the project is notifiable
and prepare the appropriate paperwork for the
HSE
- Advise the client of his/her legal responsibilities
and duties under the CDM Regulations

the designers and consultants
